Purpose: To assist the office manager as needed with Clinic Duties

Job Description: - Update and maintain patients' health records

- Greet and assist patients with initial paperwork

- Schedule and coordinate appointments

- Answer patient questions and ensure quality customer service

- Ensure compliance with procedures

Duties include:-Answering phones (low volume incoming calls)

-Scheduling patient appointments

-File/prepare next day patient charts

A simple and stress free job in a quiet environment. More than 50% of the time, students will have free time to study/work on other school related tasks.

Days Needed: Monday-Friday. Can work with school schedules.
