This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter based in the United States.

As a Recruiter, you’ll play a central role in identifying and attracting high-caliber talent for a fast-growing digital marketing organization. You’ll build long-term talent relationships while developing a strong understanding of emerging trends across the digital marketing industry. Success requires excellent organization, curiosity, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail. You’ll also have opportunities to contribute to recruiting strategy, process improvements, and hiring-manager training.

Accountabilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for positions ranging from internships through Associate Director-level roles, ensuring a positive and well-organized candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-quality candidates, proactively developing a talent network with an emphasis on digital marketing and related disciplines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, establish effective sourcing strategies, assess candidates, and move searches forward efficiently.
  • Source candidates through job boards, employee referrals, search engines, LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, and other online research techniques.
  • Screen candidates and provide timely, consistent, and insightful feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Manage multiple hiring-manager relationships and open positions simultaneously while providing responsive, consultative support.
  • Guide candidates throughout the interview process, including scheduling across multiple time zones, setting expectations, providing thoughtful communication, negotiating offers, and closing candidates.
  • Cultivate employee referrals and other talent pipelines to strengthen long-term recruiting capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking systems, recruitment reports, dashboards, and other hiring documentation.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates to hiring managers and People Operations stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition leadership team to improve recruiting effectiveness, streamline processes, and support the training and development of other recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Lead or participate in training sessions for hiring managers and contribute to broader recruiting initiatives.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, industry developments, and talent-market dynamics to strengthen sourcing and recruiting strategies.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment; experience within an advertising, digital marketing, or agency environment is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for digital marketing, advertising technology, or related roles across different levels of seniority is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to build consultative, trusted relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • A proactive and curious mindset, with a genuine interest in developing expertise within the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong organizational and process-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate recruiting records.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders professionally and effectively.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, combined with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to work remotely from within the United States.
  • This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Benefits
  • $75,000–$90,000 annual salary, with individual compensation determined by experience, skills, education, location, market conditions, and scope of responsibility.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility to work from home in most U.S. states, subject to applicable location restrictions.
  • Unlimited paid time off.
  • Extended winter holiday break.
  • Flexible work schedules.
  • Work-from-anywhere opportunities, subject to applicable policies and location restrictions.

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Life insurance and additional sponsored coverage.
  • Pet insurance.
  • Short-term disability and additional voluntary insurance options.

  • A supportive and inclusive culture focused on work-life balance, professional growth, and meaningful career development.
