Quality Inspector in Louisiana, Louisiana at E I Williams Industries LLC

Perform in-process and final inspections of manufactured parts and equipment in accordance with applicable company quality standards and specifications. Complete inspection forms, tags, and logs accurately and in a timely manner. Create Nonconformance reports for any non-conforming parts identified during the inspection process. Work closely with production supervisors and Engineering personnel. Report inspection data to the Quality Control Manager. Identify opportunities for improvement and propose corrective actions.

· Ability to read tape measures and use basic dimensional inspection tools

· Competence in welding inspection and ability to identify weld defects and use weld gages

· Ability to read blueprints and drawings

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

· Adherence to all inspection processes and quality procedures

· Ability to work independently as well as be part of a team

· 3+ years’ experience in QC inspection preferred
