Belay Technologies is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our intel team. We have an immediate need for a Full Stack Developer to support Reporting Tool Suite Sustainment efforts. Support will focus on development and sustainment of the TESTFLIGHT tool.

TESTFLIGHT is a high-performance geospatial collaboration tool that provides a single repository for formal and informal finished intelligence products. Efforts will include creating enhancements for TESTFLIGHT based on high-priority mission needs, as well as maintenance/sustainment of the existing code base.

*Candidates will be required to work a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support as required (roughly one week out of every 4-6 weeks). Staff may charge 4 additional hours for the week they are on call in addition to hours worked.

**TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph required

Candidates are required to have the following technical skills:

• Java 8+
• C/C++
• Scripting (python, bash, php
• Apache Tomcat
• Elasticsearch
• Oracle
• Spring Boot
• RESTful web services
• Solr
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment
• Understanding, maintaining, and troubleshooting interfaces between multiple applicatipns

Candidates are desired to have the following skills:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Primefaces
• Quarkus
• Node.js
• Lex/Yacc
• Basic sysadmin skills (managing cron jobs, selinux, etc.)
• Agency reporting and dissemination tools
• Agency classification policies
• Working in an agile environment using JIRA and Confluence

Salary Range: $190,000 to $240,000
