Chestnut Hill Realty has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Apartment Maintenance Technician to join the team for our Brookline community. The Senior Service Technician is responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repair work. This role serves as a technical lead on-site, mentoring junior technicians, supporting the Service Manager with operational tasks, and ensuring consistent quality and responsiveness in service delivery. The successful candidate will bring outstanding maintenance and customer service skills, as well as an enthusiastic spirit to ensure a first class resident experience.

Senior Maintenance Technicians:

· Has experience as a Maintenance Technician

· Prefer to work with your hands, problem solving on electrical, plumbing and appliance issues

· Enjoy being part of a hardworking, dedicated team

· Enjoy a variety of responsibilities, taking on challenging situations and come up with creative solutions

· Understand emergencies arise, and are comfortable being on call (weekends and nights required)

· Valid driver license

· Have great customer service skills, and want to make an impact in people’s lives

As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will:

· Handle resident service requests and work orders

· Performs complex diagnostics and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances and other building systems.

• Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule
• Respond to on-call emergencies

Chestnut Hill Realty is looking for a Senior Apartment Maintenance Technician with at least 3 years’ experience to join the team.
