Scheurer-Harbor Beach-Lakeview Extended Care

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Part Time 62 hours/pay

Night Shift 10:00pm to 6:00am

Scheurer – Harbor Beach is seeking part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our Lakeview Extended Care Team.

Responsibilities:

Assisting in preparation of the unit, resident rooms, and beds for receiving resident admissions, returning surgical patients, transfer, emergencies or discharges. You’ll receive daily report on assigned residents.
Assisting in and accompanying residents in admission, transfer and discharge procedures.
Assisting in providing post-mortem care.
Performing routine treatment procedures, including enemas, the application of heat and cold, and sitz baths, etc.
Providing activities of daily living.

Qualifications:

Highschool diploma or GED Equivalent.
State of Michigan Certification for Nursing Assistants.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card.
