Associate Pricing Analyst in Brazil at Jobgether

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Pricing Analyst based in Brazil.

This role supports the end-to-end management of customer contract pricing requests and RFPs within a fast-paced logistics technology environment.
You will coordinate bid activities from initial intake and analysis through final submission and award tracking.
Working closely with Sales, Account Management, Carrier Sales, Pricing Strategy, Operations, and Product teams, you will help keep pricing processes accurate and on schedule.
Your attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines will be essential to maintaining a smooth and efficient RFP pipeline.
The role also provides opportunities to contribute to process improvements and help strengthen the overall customer experience.

• Facilitate and support Sales and Operations teams with RFP and bid management for new and existing customers.
• Manage the RFP pipeline from pre-bid activities and initial request intake through internal review, submission, and award tracking.
• Create and maintain analysis files based on incoming customer requirements and ensure relevant information is accurately captured.
• Track the progress of pricing initiatives and bids through internal systems and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales teams to clarify questions or issues that need to be addressed directly with customers.
• Lead final bid submissions through third-party portals in collaboration with the assigned Account Manager.
• Support customer mini-bids alongside Account Managers when required.
• Assist with bulk spot-pricing requests and other ad hoc contract pricing analyses.
• Monitor pricing feedback and awards internally and help identify opportunities to improve the RFP and contract-pricing process.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to meet customer expectations and firm submission deadlines.

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, results-driven professional environment.
• Previous experience working with processes, bids, RFPs, or bid management is strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, with the ability to manage and analyze information accurately.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for collaboration with international stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to communicate clearly with Sales, Account Management, Operations, and other internal teams.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and ability to follow processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Previous experience or knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry is a plus.
