This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Real estate / hospitality / events Evaluator based in United States.

This remote opportunity is designed for an experienced professional with deep expertise across real estate, hospitality, or events.
You will assess AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and presentations against rigorous, industry-specific quality standards.
Your real-world knowledge will help determine whether AI-generated outputs are accurate, relevant, polished, and professionally credible.
The role offers a unique opportunity to apply your industry judgment to the development and improvement of emerging AI systems.
You will identify factual, analytical, aesthetic, and presentation issues and translate your findings into actionable feedback.
The engagement is flexible and independent, allowing you to contribute on your own schedule from anywhere in the United States.
It is well suited to professionals who combine substantial industry experience with strong communication, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

Accountabilities
  • Evaluate AI-generated work products related to real estate, hospitality, and events using established, domain-specific quality rubrics.
  • Assess documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for factual accuracy, industry relevance, analytical rigor, completeness, and professional quality.
  • Identify factual, aesthetic, formatting, structural, and presentation errors that could affect the credibility or usability of an output.
  • Apply practical industry expertise to distinguish realistic, commercially sound work from generic or inaccurate AI-generated content.
  • Provide clear, structured written feedback explaining identified weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
  • Consistently apply professional judgment and evaluation criteria across a range of industry scenarios and deliverables.
  • Collaborate remotely and asynchronously as required while maintaining high standards for accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in real estate, hospitality, events, or a closely related field.
  • Strong practical understanding of the relevant industry and the ability to critically assess professional work products.
  • Native or professional fluency in English, with strong written communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify factual, commercial, aesthetic, or presentation weaknesses and communicate them clearly.
  • Sound professional judgment and the ability to evaluate complex information objectively against defined quality standards.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote and asynchronous environment.
  • An advanced degree, such as a Master's or higher, is preferred but not required.
