  • You have experience taking consumer hardware or CPG products through the complete lifecycle, from concept development to retail or DTC launch and sustaining activities.
  • You have successfully partnered with marketing, industrial design, engineering, and supply chain teams to deliver products on time and within budget.
  • Experience in maternal health, baby products, wellness, or a related consumer category is a plus.
  • You are comfortable using project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SmartSheet, or similar platforms.
  • You can communicate complex technical challenges and solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
  • You demonstrate strong ownership, urgency, accountability, and the ability to proactively drive projects forward.
  • You bring an agile approach to project management and are comfortable adapting plans as priorities and requirements evolve.
