This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Strategy Manager (CXAI) based in Canada.
This is a senior strategic role at the intersection of customer experience, AI, product strategy, and enterprise transformation. You will help establish and shape a centralized Product Management Office, creating the structure needed to evaluate, activate, and scale new partnerships and internal products. From initial assessment through go-to-market and post-launch operations, you will drive complex initiatives across multiple business functions. The role requires strong executive presence, commercial awareness, and the ability to turn ambiguity into structured plans and measurable outcomes. You will collaborate with product, marketing, sales, finance, operations, and business development leaders to accelerate product activation. This is an opportunity to influence how innovative CX and AI solutions are brought to market within a large, global enterprise environment.
- Lead the end-to-end activation of new vendor partnerships and internal tools, from initial scoping and evaluation through go-to-market and post-launch stabilization.
- Own and maintain a 6-, 12-, 18-, and 24-month product strategy roadmap in collaboration with business development, commercial, go-to-market, operations, and product marketing teams.
- Lead senior leadership updates and cross-functional working sessions, bringing structure, transparency, accountability, and momentum to complex programs.
- Partner with product marketing to create sales collateral, enablement resources, product materials, and external-facing content that support successful launches.
- Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to establish appropriate commission structures, pricing models, and revenue recognition processes for new products.
- Work with operations teams to validate use cases, identify frontline requirements, and ensure new solutions address meaningful customer and operational needs.
- Identify suitable customer accounts for pilots and define pilot scope, objectives, success metrics, timelines, and exit criteria.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive product catalog and internal toolkit, including playbooks, one-pagers, onboarding materials, and other resources that enable teams to effectively position and deliver new solutions.
- Establish and manage PMO intake, prioritization, governance, and delivery processes for new product and partnership requests across business units.
- Track dependencies, risks, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams to ensure initiatives progress efficiently.
- Mentor and coach Product Management team members while promoting strong product thinking, stakeholder management, structured execution, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve product activation processes, operational efficiency, and commercial outcomes across the organization.
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience in product management, program management, strategy, business transformation, or a closely related discipline within large enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience building or leading centralized PMO, product operations, or similar functions involving intake, governance, prioritization, and cross-functional delivery.
- Proven track record of activating strategic partnerships or launching products end-to-end within complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong executive presence, with the ability to confidently present to and align senior leadership, commercial teams, and operational stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating across go-to-market, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and product functions to deliver successful product activation outcomes.
- Highly structured and organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, dependencies, stakeholders, and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex programs into clear narratives, recommendations, and actionable deliverables.
- Strong commercial understanding and ability to connect product strategy with pricing, revenue, customer adoption, and business outcomes.
- Experience with pilot design, partner onboarding, enterprise deployments, or large-scale product activation programs.
- Background in BPO, contact centers, customer experience technology, enterprise SaaS, or related environments is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, workforce management, or other emerging technologies is an asset.
- Experience in management consulting, business transformation, revenue operations, commercial enablement, or channel partner programs is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to create alignment across teams with different objectives and priorities.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while maintaining clear processes, accountability, and delivery discipline.
