Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in creating beautiful, well-kept spaces, and values making a visible impact in the communities you serve? Avesta Housing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscaper to help maintain and enhance the grounds of our affordable housing communities.

In this hands-on role, you'll care for lawns, gardens, walkways, and outdoor common areas while helping ensure our properties remain safe, welcoming, and attractive year-round. From landscaping and groundskeeping during the warmer months to snow removal and ice management in the winter, you'll play an essential role in supporting residents and preserving the quality of our communities. Working closely with property management and maintenance teams, you'll contribute directly to Avesta's mission of improving lives by providing quality, affordable homes for people in need.

  • Valid driver's license.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous landscaping experience preferred.
  • Ability to make decisions and use sound judgement.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal English.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software as needed.
  • Comfort with technology in general to work with Agency tools and systems.
  • Flexible with work schedule; willing to work long hours, evenings, weekends and overtime (especially during winter months).
  • Ability to work cooperatively as part of a close-knit team, communicating effectively and supporting coworkers throughout the workday.

This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position. This position starts at $19.00 - $21.50/hour.
