CIP Technician | 3rd Shift AWS
Shift/Schedule: 3rd Shift| 6:00PM - 6:00AM (2-2-3)
Pay: Base = $23.00 + $2.50 Shift Premium (+ based on experience)

Position Overview
Reporting to the Sanitation Manager, the CIP Operator is responsible for maintaining sanitation standards and completing Master Sanitation Schedule tasks in accordance with SSOPs, GMPs, safety procedures, and company policies. This role plays a key part in ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance throughout the facility.
What You’ll Do
- Perform CIP cleaning of filling machines and production equipment
- Clean walls, floors, ceilings, vents, piping, and exterior equipment surfaces
- Safely handle chemicals, sanitation tools, and steam-driven hot water hoses
- Respond to sanitation emergencies including spills and tank cleaning
- Operate ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts, and COP tanks
- Perform chemical titrations and transport chemical drums as needed
- Follow HACCP, GMP, PPE, and all food safety procedures
- Complete sanitation documentation and maintain cleaning records
- Participate in trainings, meetings, and team activities
- Work independently while maintaining high sanitation standards
- Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with limited supervision
- Ability to communicate and follow directions in English
- Ability to work extended shifts, weekends, and in physically demanding environments
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year of sanitation or cleaning experience preferred
- Food processing sanitation or chemical handling experience preferred
