The Steward is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen. Duties include washing dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment; cleaning floors and work areas; removing trash; and assisting with general cleaning tasks as needed.

• Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must follow all sanitation and workplace safety standards.
