The Account Manager, Specialty Lines is responsible for strengthening engagement and utilization across an existing portfolio of healthcare facility accounts. The role focuses on growing smaller accounts, reactivating inactive relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand service adoption. You will play a key part in generating staffing demand and converting client opportunities into active staffing requests. Success requires a proactive, relationship-driven approach combined with strong commercial awareness and consistent follow-through. The position involves frequent outreach across phone, email, and in-person interactions while managing a high volume of activity. You will work closely with healthcare facilities to understand their workforce needs and deliver responsive solutions. - Manage and grow a portfolio of smaller healthcare facility accounts by building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Proactively contact dormant and inactive accounts to reintroduce available services, uncover new opportunities, and reactivate business relationships.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while maintaining a consistently high level of customer service.
- Engage prospective and existing healthcare facilities through phone, email, and in-person outreach to increase utilization of existing contracts and generate active staffing requisitions.
- Maintain a high level of activity in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating urgency, organization, and reliable follow-through.
- Anticipate client staffing needs and proactively take action to ensure facilities receive effective workforce support.
- Generate new client leads through strategic planning, referrals, proactive prospecting, and relationship development.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with healthcare facilities while supporting sustainable account growth.
- Take ownership of professional development and continuously identify ways to improve individual performance, client engagement, and business results.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, although relevant direct industry experience may be considered in place of a degree.

- Compensation is expected to be $33.65 per hour, equivalent to approximately $70,000 annually, plus commission.
