LPN Clinic Manager - Baxter Health Nephrology Clinic
LPN Clinic Manager - SUMMARY: Responsible and accountable for the management of 3 or more providers and clinic staff or 2 or more clinics and supervising all aspects of clinic operations to support the goals of exceptional patient care and the mission, purpose and values of Baxter Health. This position is filled by a licensed practical nurse who, as a result of educational and clinical experience, possesses the advanced knowledge and clinical skills necessary to provide expert nursing care and ensures quality focused and cost-effective care delivery outcomes. Responsible for adhering to all standards of nursing care and promoting a team effort among co-workers.
BAXTER HEALTH COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Understands and adheres to Baxter Health standards as they appear in Dynamic Health and Healthstream Policy Manager.
Required to work with the Directors of Primary Care and Specialty Clinics regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for Baxter Health clinics.
LPN Clinic Manager - JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Experience: Minimum one (1) year nursing experience required with previous clinic experience. Previous leadership experience desired, preferably in the healthcare field. Knowledge of medical office processes preferred.
Certification: BLS certification required.
License: Current Arkansas or Compact State Practical Nurse license in good standing.
Other: Demonstrates basic computer skills and working knowledge of eClinicalWorks or other EMR.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to perform the following: Must have the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, to solve problems and make decisions. Ability to stand and walk, bend, squat and twist up to or exceeding 8-10 hours during shift(s). Occasionally requires lifting of 50 pounds or more of equipment. Able to push in excess of 150 pound wheelchair with patient. Occasionally lifts patients with assist 125 pounds or more. Spends eight hours or more in front of computer, monitor or similar screen utilizing keyboard and/or mouse. Must be able to respond quickly in emergency situations of CPR and obtaining equipment. Must be able to handle highly stressful situations with efficiency and composure.

LPN Clinic Manager - Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a position in a clinical setting where office staff work 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts. Must be responsible and available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Holidays and work during inclement weather may be required.
