LPN Clinic Manager II in Mountain Home, Arkansas at Baxter Health

BAXTER HEALTH COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

Understands and adheres to Baxter Health standards as they appear in Dynamic Health and Healthstream Policy Manager.

Required to work with the Directors of Primary Care and Specialty Clinics regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for Baxter Health clinics.

LPN Clinic Manager - JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Experience: Minimum one (1) year nursing experience required with previous clinic experience. Previous leadership experience desired, preferably in the healthcare field. Knowledge of medical office processes preferred.

Certification: BLS certification required.

License: Current Arkansas or Compact State Practical Nurse license in good standing.

Other: Demonstrates basic computer skills and working knowledge of eClinicalWorks or other EMR.

Able to push in excess of 150 pound wheelchair with patient. Occasionally lifts patients with assist 125 pounds or more. Spends eight hours or more in front of computer, monitor or similar screen utilizing keyboard and/or mouse. Must be able to respond quickly in emergency situations of CPR and obtaining equipment. Must be able to handle highly stressful situations with efficiency and composure.

LPN Clinic Manager - Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a position in a clinical setting where office staff work 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts. Must be responsible and available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Holidays and work during inclement weather may be required.
