Housekeeper- Greenwich, CT in Greenwich, Connecticut at The Calendar Group

Seeking an experienced and reliable Weekend Housekeeper to join the household staff of a private family in Greenwich, Connecticut. The family home is 8,000-square-foot and they have a full-time Monday–Friday housekeeper. This position will provide primary weekend coverage while offering some weekday overlap with the existing housekeeper. The ideal candidate will be experienced in high-end private homes, detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable working in a dynamic household.

Responsibilities:

• Provide thorough housekeeping and cleaning throughout the residence.

• Maintain an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.

• Make and maintain beds and ensure guest bedrooms are prepared.

• Handle laundry, ironing, folding, and wardrobe-related care as needed.

• Assist with household organization and general upkeep.

• Work collaboratively with the existing Monday–Friday housekeeper to ensure continuity of household standards.

• Prepare the home for returning family members and guests as needed.

• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining impeccable household standards.

• Excellent cleaning, laundry, ironing, and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with other household staff.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional.

• Discreet and respectful of family privacy.

• Long-term commitment preferred; this is a year-round position.
  

Salary: $45 - $50 per hour

Schedule: Five days per week inclusive of Saturday and Sunday
