  • Apply knowledge of promotional products, gifting trends, and consumer preferences to guide clients toward innovative, relevant, and on-brand solutions.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, continuous improvement, and the development of scalable approaches that enhance client and business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success owning revenue targets, growing a book of business, protecting margins, and accurately forecasting performance.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, emotional intelligence, and executive presence, with confidence leading strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, directly, and effectively across different audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with proven capacity to manage multiple priorities, clients, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercially minded approach with the ability to identify and convert expansion opportunities while proactively addressing retention and churn risks.
  • Technology proficiency and experience working with platforms such as Salesforce, Front, Slack, and Google Workspace, combined with the curiosity and adaptability to learn new systems.
  • Strong understanding of promotional products, branded merchandise, gifting, or related industries and current market trends.
  • Creative and solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership, follow-through, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to influence, collaborate with, and coach colleagues across functions.
  • Comfortable working independently while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration and accountability.
