As an RN, you'll play a vital role in coordinating and delivering high-quality nursing care. You'll serve as a clinical leader on your assigned unit while building meaningful relationships with residents, families, physicians, and your team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluation and delivery of care including medication administration, treatments, Adl care, etc. as ordered by physician and outlined in the plan of care (according to scope of practice)
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure resident/patients receive quality care based on professional standards and facility policies
- Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status
- Maintain up to date and accurate medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit.
- Other tasks as required
In this role, you'll help lead and direct resident care on your assigned unit. You'll supervise Certified Nursing Assistants, communicate assignments and expectations, monitor care delivery, recognize positive performance, and address concerns when necessary.
Your leadership can make a direct difference in both resident outcomes and team success.
Requirements:- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing required
- BLS license required
