• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, personalized service.
• Assist customers with selecting jewelry and finding the perfect gifts.
• Work collaboratively with customers and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, organized, and attractive showcases and displays.
• Assist with inventory checks and general store upkeep.
• Complete sales paperwork, including warranties and guarantees.
• Follow proper cash-handling procedures and maintain the security of the till.
• Learn and assist with minor watch repairs as needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
