We’re searching for a diligent Administrative Assistant! You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each contract deal goes through the proper channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with the agents in marketing our brand and arrange events as needed. Compensation & Benefits:

• On-target earnings: $75,000 annually

• PTO and growth opportunities

$75,000 annual OTE

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

• Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and agents to improve customer satisfaction ratings

• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and scalability

• Support the process of aligning operational goals with business objectives

• Facilitate smooth transaction processes by liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.

• Manage client relationships by ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining an organized CRM system.

• Great written and verbal skills
• Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems

• Experience in administrative roles to ensure seamless support

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups
