Responsibilities
· SOP Management
· Rental Licenses & National, State, Local Memberships
· Own Operational Audits (Collections, Vendor Statements, Utilities, Yardi Attachments)
· Expense Reconciliation
· Coordinate implementation of Operational Initiatives and System Rollouts
· Support Special Events & Projects
· Updates and maintains department reports.
· Ensures service and support provided by the team is consistent across portfolio through review and improvement of existing processes.
· Supports the residential portfolio in process improvement, systems implementation, and operational efficiency measures, while maintaining positive relationships with peers, residents and stakeholders.
· Provides ongoing support to site staff after the successful implementation of new business processes and/or software products.
· Manages system integration, utilization, and data integrity (Blue Moon, Yardi, Aspire, RENTCafe, CRM, Leo247).
· Creates policies, procedures, and SOPs specific to property/site operations, updates accordingly.
· Communicates best site-related practices, policies, project progress, timelines, and deadlines.
· Coordinates and prepares for Monthly Performance meetings.
· Assists Property Management department with special projects.
· Ensures site compliance with company policy, real estate law and state/federal guidelines.
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and ensure that properties are using the latest practices and technologies.
· Out-of-state travel required on an as-needed basis.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:Education
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience and/or Training
· 3-5 years of industry experience within residential real estate property management preferred.
Technology/Equipment
· Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, One Note, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
· Knowledge of Yardi and other Property Management software strongly required.
Compensation and Benefits for Property Operations Coordinator:
Pay Range: $63,650 - $83,700
Compensation is determined by several factors that vary depending on the position, including the individual’s experience, skills, and the knowledge they bring to the specific role.
