POSITION SUMMARY
The IT Support Specialist & Endpoint Administrator owns our entire technology environment — from endpoint security and Microsoft 365 to HIPAA compliance and Monday.com operations. This sole-contributor role is the single point of accountability for building and maintaining a modern, secure, and strategically managed IT infrastructure across a growing healthcare organization.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll own and lead as an IT Support Specialist & Endpoint Administrator:
• Own the full technology environment as the sole IT contributor — driving both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic direction
• Deploy, manage, and secure all endpoints across a distributed, growing organization
• Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint governance, SaaS platforms, VOIP, and mobile device management
• Identify and mitigate daily security risks, ensuring HIPAA compliance and email encryption across all systems
• Manage Monday.com operations and deliver structured IT reporting to key stakeholders
• Conduct New Hire IT equipment onboarding and security training using company curriculum
• Support the full employee lifecycle from an IT perspective — onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing access management
• Build and maintain a modern, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure that supports operational and compliance needs
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven experience as a sole-contributor IT professional, comfortable with full accountability for an organization's technology environment
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint governance, and endpoint security tools
• Experienced with SaaS platform management, VOIP systems, and mobile device administration
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance, email encryption, and healthcare data security requirements
• Familiar with Monday.com or similar project and workflow management platforms
• Strategic thinker who can balance long-term infrastructure planning with daily problem-solving
• Self-managed, proactive, and highly organized with excellent documentation and communication skills
• Experience supporting distributed teams in a healthcare or regulated environment strongly preferred

- Administrative specialty in related field – whether accounting, customer service, scheduling, billing, IT, project management, leadership, sales, marketing, business development, medical scheduling, staffing, care coordinator or coordination, recruiting, talent acquisition, compliance, office manager or management, business manager or management, human resources, or operations a bonus
- Experience in senior care, assisted living, facility, nursing home, or in home care a bonus
