Driver/Warehouse Associate
• $21.00/hour • Temp-to-Hire
About This Opportunity
Seeking a dependable Driver/Warehouse Associate to join their team. This position combines local delivery driving with warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving record, and be comfortable assisting with warehouse operations when deliveries are complete.
Bonus Opportunity
- $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days
Assignment Details
Pay: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (hours may vary)
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pre Employment Requirements
- Drug Screen Required
- Background Check Required
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Required
- Valid Driver’s License
- Client Interview Required
Responsibilities
- Drive a 14 to 15-foot non-CDL company box truck for local deliveries
- Complete a regular delivery route to Lincoln approximately once per week
- Make occasional deliveries to Des Moines (1 to 2 times per month) and Columbus as needed
- Load and unload filter orders safely and accurately
- Count and verify orders before delivery
- Pull, organize, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Assist with general warehouse duties during slower periods
- Move materials using a two-wheeler and other equipment
- Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Previous driving experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Comfortable working in both a driving and warehouse environment
