The Product Success Manager will be responsible for driving customer success and adoption of nutrition technology solutions across professional and enterprise sports organizations. This role requires strong relationship management, operational execution, and the ability to translate nutrition expertise into measurable business and performance outcomes.
- Manage a portfolio of partner accounts, overseeing the full customer lifecycle from implementation and onboarding to ongoing engagement, support, and growth opportunities.
- Lead adoption strategies for nutrition-focused products, ensuring organizations maximize platform value and integrate solutions into daily workflows.
- Build strong relationships with dietitians, performance directors, medical teams, coaches, and executive stakeholders to understand needs and deliver impactful solutions.
- Help organizations establish effective data governance practices, workflow standards, and reporting frameworks that transform nutrition and performance data into actionable insights.
- Act as a customer advocate by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to share feedback and influence roadmap improvements.
- Use AI-powered tools and operational best practices to improve efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and support scalable success initiatives.
- Monitor account health, identify risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to support renewals, expansion, and long-term customer value.
The ideal candidate combines deep sports nutrition expertise with strong customer success, communication, and technical collaboration skills. They should be comfortable working with complex organizations, influencing stakeholders, and helping customers adopt innovative technology solutions.
- Experience as a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) within professional, enterprise, collegiate, or high-performance sports environments.
- Strong knowledge of elite sports nutrition practices, including menu planning, supplementation strategies, travel nutrition, and athlete education.
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, including executives, coaches, performance teams, and medical professionals.
- Experience managing customer accounts, implementing solutions, or driving adoption of technology platforms.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or technical teams.
- Ability to understand complex workflows and translate customer challenges into practical solutions.
- Experience with sports performance technology platforms or comparable nutrition/performance management systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with broader performance domains such as strength and conditioning, sports science, or athlete development is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and productivity is valued.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset.
- Competitive on-target earnings ranging from $90,000 to $120,500, with final compensation based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
