As General Manager, you will lead the overall business strategy and commercial execution for a rapidly growing workplace technology portfolio, ensuring sustainable growth and strong financial performance.
- Own the complete profit and loss (P&L) performance, including revenue growth, profitability, investment allocation, and portfolio performance.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies covering market segmentation, pricing, packaging, customer expansion, and new buyer acquisition.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to develop enablement programs, sales plays, quota alignment, and strategic customer initiatives.
- Represent customer needs and market trends while collaborating with product and engineering teams to prioritize roadmap investments.
- Lead hardware ecosystem strategy by strengthening relationships with technology partners and expanding integrated solutions.
- Drive AI commercialization initiatives by transforming intelligent workplace capabilities into measurable customer value and business growth.
- Serve as the executive spokesperson for the business with customers, analysts, partners, media, and industry events.
- Oversee quarterly business planning, financial forecasting, executive reporting, and investment proposals.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience leading enterprise technology businesses, driving commercial growth, and scaling innovative product portfolios.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced education or equivalent experience is an advantage.
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, including significant leadership responsibility for a commercial business or P&L.
- Proven success growing businesses focused on hybrid work, workplace technology, collaboration platforms, audiovisual solutions, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of hardware ecosystems, OEM partnerships, channel strategies, and AV systems integration.
- Demonstrated experience commercializing AI-driven products or leading product-led growth initiatives.
- Expertise in go-to-market strategy, revenue management, pricing, sales enablement, and large-scale commercial execution.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to influence product direction through customer and market insights.
- Outstanding executive communication and presentation skills with experience engaging customers, industry analysts, and senior leadership.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- International business experience and familiarity with subscription-plus-hardware business models are highly desirable.
- Fully remote position within the United States.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $258,900 to $577,700, based on experience, qualifications, and location.
