Dispensary Agent – Embr Springfield

Compensation & Benefits
  • $17.00/hour + tips

Schedule & Type
  • Full-time (5 shifts per week)
  • Complete open availability required (mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays)

Job Duties
  • Assist customers with product selection and cannabis education.
  • Provide exceptional service from check-in to checkout.
  • Process sales transactions accurately via POS system.
  • Maintain compliance with state cannabis regulations.
  • Assist with inventory, restocking, and store merchandising.

Requirements
  • Must be 21+ years old.
  • Complete open availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable attendance and strong communication skills.
  • Background in retail, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
