We are seeking an experienced Service Desk (SD3) professional to support IT automation initiatives and maintain desktop environments. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, desktop support experience, and hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies.
Responsibilities:- Provide Desktop Support and Services.
- Manage and support Active Directory (ADUC, authentication, authorization, IAM).
- Automate and streamline processes using PowerShell.
- Troubleshoot issues using a structured approach and implement solutions.
- Support networking technologies including DHCP, DNS, PING, NETSTAT, and NSLOOKUP.
- Work with SCCM 2012/SMS environments.
- Learn and utilize tools such as Varonis for auditing and data cleanup.
- Deliver excellent customer support and collaborate across teams.
β 10+ years of troubleshooting experience
β 5+ years of Active Directory experience (ADUC)
β 4+ years of SCCM/SMS experience
β 4+ years of customer service experience
β 4+ years of networking experience (DHCP, DNS, PING, NETSTAT, NSLOOKUP)
β CompTIA A+ Certification
β Microsoft Certifications
β PowerShell 3.0+ scripting background
Candidates must demonstrate strong technical competency, communication skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
