Complex Care Assistant Farndon
Location: Farndon
Shifts: Tuesday and Thursday 4pm8pm, plus Saturday 9am5pm (2-person team)
17.90 per hour including holiday pay

About the role
You'll provide 1-2-1 specialist care to a young boy with Cerebral Palsy in his own home. You'll support with personal care, movement, positioning, and daily living.
What you need
Essential:
- Right to work in the UK without employer support
- Car driver with access to a vehicle, or local to Farndon
- At least 6 months paid care experience in the UK
- Reliable and committed to delivering safe, compassionate care
- Willingness to complete specialist training
Desirable:
- Experience with complex physical care or moving and handling
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
