Process Manager Spare Parts Inventory Management in Madrid at Randstad Consultores Y Soluciones de Recursos Humanos, S.L.U

Role:

Process Manager with 3–5 years of experience in Spare Parts Inventory Management and Supply Chain processes to help optimize and standardize inventory processes across our international service organization.

*Ideally Inventory Management in Spare Parts, but the MUST is Inventory Management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop our target spare parts inventory and assortment processes for our regional and national warehouses and service vans
• Integrate the target processes within our new IT landscape (SAP S/4HANA / IFS Cloud / Inform ADD*ONE)
• Conduct test scenarios with future system users and take care of troubleshooting
• Execute the system integration, including user training, within our central Customer Service department and the international sales units.
• Actively manage user reports and feedback to initiate measures for our further process and system development
• Create data evaluations and ad-hoc analyses
• Support end-user independently
• Work in an interdisciplinary team and take over responsibilities

Requirements:

• Completed studies in the field of business administration, business informatics, computer science, engineering or a comparable course of study (Bachelor /Master).
• Several years (3-5 years) of subject-specific professional experience
• Initial practical experience with (spare parts ideally) inventory management and supply chain management
• Good project management skills
• Good IT skills: SAP R3, S4/HANA (for supply chain and inventory processes), Jira and MS Office
• Fluent English

• Other IT skills: IFS CLOUD, SQL & AfO
• Fluency in German
