Above Store Manager in Pine Bluff, Arkansas at Pollo LLC

This position will require hands on working in the restaurants. Nights and weekends may be required. You must have restaurant management experience and be able to manage a restaurant as needed. Training and leadership skills are a must for this position.

Responsible for overall operations of a group of restaurants. Recruits and trains managers for each location. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with others within the company.
