CMA is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Honda dealership team. This role serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive service experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do
- Greet customers and create a welcoming service experience
- Schedule, confirm, and prepare service appointments
- Perform vehicle walk-arounds and identify maintenance and repair needs
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally
- Create accurate repair orders, cost estimates, and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Follow up after service visits to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales goals
- Maintain knowledge of Honda products, maintenance schedules, and service offerings

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive dealership, service advisor, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Consultative sales mindset with the ability to build trust
- Comfortable using technology and dealership management systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Compensation
- Monthly base salary 2k plus commission
