Position Overview:
- Assists residents with their activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care and supports the maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the guidance of the RN, designee or Director of Nursing.
- Responsible for providing residents with routine restorative nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment care plan and as directed by supervisors.
- Ensures the resident's needs are met while maintaining the highest degree of dignity.
- Accountable for maintaining infection control protocols while performing duties.
- Give assistance with the transport of residents as needed via GMC fleet vehicles.
- Committed to performing all nursing care behaviors described in the Certified Nursing Assistant job description.
Position Highlights:
- Shift Differentials: $1.00–$2.00 per hour
- Sign On Bonus Eligible: $6,000 (Full-Time only)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
- Supporting the mission, vision and values of the organization.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Completion of a State certified nursing assistant program.
- Certification as Nursing Assistant I, and is currently listed with the DFS, Nursing Assistant Central Registry with no substantiated findings or misappropriation of property.
- Must be able to work under the direction of a licensed nurse and follow written or verbal instructions effectively.
- CPR certification.
