KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guest Service Superstar: You bring the warm vibes and top-tier service that make guests feel right at home. Whether its a quick question or a big request, youre all about making their stay unforgettable.
- Communication Champ: You know how to get the message acrossclearly, confidently, and with a smile. Whether its chatting with guests or coordinating with the team, you keep things flowing smoothly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

All rooms have brand new queen size beds, granite counter tops, vinyl flooring throughout, large work spaces and a fresh and modern look. We offer apartment style suites perfect for long or short term stays. Kitchens are fully equipped with appliances. Our hotel is located close to West Creek Business Park, Capital One and Innsbrook Office Park.The hotel is just a short trip to Monument Avenue, historic downtown Richmond and the state Capitol.
