Job Description
Are you ready to be the person who changes everything for a teenager?
At the Teen Woodlands Impact Center — part of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northwest Suburbs — we believe the right mentor at the right moment can alter the entire trajectory of a young person's life. This is your chance to be that person!
We're looking for passionate individuals who are ready to show up for middle and high school students — to guide them, challenge them, and cheer them on as they navigate some of the most formative years of their lives. Whether you bring skills in the arts, athletics, academics, life skills, or simply a wealth of lived experience, there is a teenager here who needs exactly what you have to offer.
When you join our team, you're not just filling a role — you're stepping into a calling. You'll build real relationships, share your knowledge, and walk alongside young people as they grow into the adults they're becoming. The lessons you pass on, the confidence you help them build, the doors you help them open — that impact doesn't end when they leave our doors. It follows them for life.
Join a team dedicated to setting teens up for success — not just for today, but for the rest of their lives. The impact you make here is lasting. The connections you build are real.
