Senior Web Platform Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Web Platform Manager based in the United States.

This role owns the performance, strategy, and evolution of a high-traffic, multi-property web ecosystem that serves as a critical growth engine for a fast-scaling digital business. It sits at the intersection of web strategy, growth marketing, and cross-functional program leadership, with responsibility for turning web properties into measurable drivers of acquisition, conversion, and retention. You will define the roadmap for multiple sites, optimize end-to-end user journeys, and ensure every interaction supports both brand storytelling and conversion outcomes. The environment is fast-paced, experimentation-driven, and highly collaborative across marketing, product, engineering, and analytics teams. This role requires someone who can balance strategic vision with operational execution while building scalable systems that enable teams to ship faster and smarter. It offers the opportunity to shape how a complex web ecosystem evolves and directly impacts business growth.

Accountabilities
  • Define and own the web strategy and 6–12 month roadmap across multiple web properties, ensuring alignment with growth, brand, and product objectives across different business verticals
  • Optimize end-to-end conversion funnels by identifying drop-off points and running A/B and multivariate experiments across landing pages, CTAs, and web-to-app journeys
  • Establish and track web performance KPIs using analytics tools, translating insights into actionable recommendations for growth and optimization
  • Partner with marketing, content, brand, and product teams to build high-impact landing pages, campaign experiences, and content-driven journeys
  • Own web enablement systems by building scalable workflows, CMS structures, templates, and reusable components that improve speed and consistency of execution
  • Ensure technical excellence across site performance, Core Web Vitals, SEO fundamentals, accessibility, and structured data implementation
  • Lead cross-functional program management for all web initiatives, including intake, prioritization, sprint planning, delivery tracking, and stakeholder alignment
  • Manage external vendors and agencies supporting web development, analytics, and optimization efforts
Requirements

This role requires deep experience in web strategy, digital growth, and cross-functional platform management, with a strong ability to connect technical execution to business outcomes. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable operating across marketing, product, and engineering environments.

  • 8+ years of experience in web marketing, digital strategy, web platform management, or related roles spanning marketing and product environments
  • Strong expertise in CRO, experimentation, and A/B testing using tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as GA4 and Google Search Console, with a strong data-driven decision-making approach
  • Experience managing complex, multi-site or multi-brand web ecosystems with diverse goals and audiences
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms (headless or traditional) and how content architecture impacts SEO and user experience
  • Knowledge of technical web performance optimization, including Core Web Vitals, page speed, and accessibility standards
  • Experience partnering with engineering and design teams on site architecture, technical roadmaps, and platform improvements
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align multiple teams and drive execution without direct authority
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, experimentation-driven environments with shifting priorities
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary with additional performance-based incentives and bonus potential
  • Equity opportunities as part of a long-term compensation package
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Flexible work arrangements with remote-friendly structure across the United States
  • Paid time off and holidays supporting work-life balance and recovery
  • Opportunities for professional growth in a high-scale digital and growth-focused organization
  • Access to modern tooling, experimentation platforms, and data-driven marketing technologies
  • Collaborative, innovation-driven culture with strong emphasis on ownership and autonomy
