Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure & IaC: Architect and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation, ensuring "Infrastructure as Code" is the standard for all deployments.
DevSecOps Integration: Implement and automate security controls within the CI/CD pipeline. Ensure our infrastructure meets BSP, ISO 27001, and SoC2 compliance through automated policy enforcement.
Container Orchestration: Manage production-grade Kubernetes (EKS) clusters and Helm charts, focusing on high availability, auto-scaling, and resource optimization.
Security & Observability: Deploy and manage security tools including WAF, SIEM, XDR, and AWS CloudTrail. Proactively monitor for vulnerabilities and infrastructure threats.
Systems Support: Provide robust infrastructure support for mission-critical applications, including data-intensive services and internal risk-monitoring tools.
AI-Driven Automation: Explore and integrate LLM-based tools (e.g., via OpenAI, Bedrock) to automate incident response, optimize scripts, and improve internal engineering productivity.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience in maintaining high-availability services and supporting distributed cloud infrastructure (Fintech/Crypto experience is a plus).
Technical Stack (Must-Have):
Orchestration: Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS) and Helm.
Cloud: Deep proficiency in AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM).
IaC: Strong production experience with Terraform.
Security Expertise: Proven track record in infrastructure hardening and supporting external audits. A deep understanding of the shared responsibility model in cloud security.
Programming: Proficiency in Python or Java is essential for automation and building custom DevOps tooling.
Middleware: Hands-on experience managing RDS, Redis, and Kafka.
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have)
AI/LLM Skills: Experience leveraging LLMs to build intelligent DevOps agents or automated alerting systems.
Infrastructure for Experience setting up infrastructure that supports large-scale data processing or risk-engine workloads.
Compliance: Direct experience dealing with central bank-level (e.g., BSP) technical requirements.
