Your work will directly influence the stability, scalability, and performance of enterprise business systems.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead NetSuite discovery workshops and solution design sessions with business stakeholders to define requirements and implementation approaches.
  • Configure and customize NetSuite modules across Finance, Operations, Inventory, Procurement, and Warehouse Management.
  • Develop SuiteScript 2.x customizations including User Event, Client Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, Map/Reduce, Suitelets, and RESTlets.
  • Design, build, and support integrations using REST, SOAP, SuiteTalk, and OAuth 2.0.
  • Implement and optimize warehouse processes such as pick-pack-ship, replenishment, cycle counting, and scanner-based workflows.
  • Support complex ERP environments including multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and advanced inventory structures.
  • Create functional specifications, configuration documents, and client-facing status reports.
  • Provide ongoing system enhancements, troubleshooting, and managed services support across NetSuite environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve finance, supply chain, and operational workflows.
  • Ensure system stability, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of ERP solutions.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of hands-on NetSuite experience in functional and/or technical roles.
  • Proven experience delivering at least two full-cycle NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong functional knowledge of core finance processes including GL, AP, AR, banking, procurement, and order management.
  • Solid understanding of inventory and warehouse management processes, including bin management and lot/serial tracking.
  • Strong SuiteScript 2.x development experience (User Event, Client Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, Map/Reduce, Suitelets, RESTlets).
  • Hands-on experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteBuilder.
  • Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST, SOAP, SuiteTalk, and OAuth 2.0.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ability to independently create functional documentation and present solutions to business users.
  • Experience working in fast-paced implementation and support environments with strong ownership mindset.
  • NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer) are a plus.
  • Exposure to industries such as distribution, manufacturing, construction supply, or financial services is beneficial.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary aligned with experience and market standards
  • Opportunity to work on end-to-end NetSuite implementation and transformation projects
  • Exposure to both functional consulting and technical development responsibilities
  • Remote or flexible working arrangements depending on engagement
  • Career growth in ERP consulting and enterprise systems architecture
  • Hands-on experience with complex finance, inventory, and warehouse environments
