You will ensure consistency, structure, and measurable outcomes across all early access and launch readiness programs.
- Define and own the Customer Collaboration Operating Model across Early Adopter, Limited Availability, and Managed Availability programs.
- Establish clear program structures, guardrails, success criteria, and lifecycle management standards.
- Own customer selection, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding processes across collaboration programs.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to align learning objectives, product readiness, and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with GTM, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure launch readiness, messaging alignment, and enablement.
- Build governance frameworks, operational standards, templates, and scalable tooling for program execution.
- Design feedback systems that capture, synthesize, and translate customer insights into product and GTM improvements.
- Define KPIs and executive reporting frameworks covering adoption, usage, readiness, value realization, and risk.
- Drive cross-functional alignment through structured forums, data-driven insights, and clear operational rhythms.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in product operations or platform program leadership within complex SaaS environments, with the ability to drive structure, alignment, and execution across multiple stakeholders.
- 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, Customer Programs, or Product Enablement roles.
- Proven experience designing and scaling beta, pilot, early access, or customer collaboration programs.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and SaaS product development environments.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success teams.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to design scalable operating models and governance frameworks.
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product and program success metrics.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities in matrixed organizations.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and translate complex environments into structured execution plans.
- Opportunity to shape global product collaboration and launch operating models at scale.
- High-impact strategic role influencing product adoption and customer trust across a large SaaS ecosystem.
- Exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional decision-making at the enterprise level.
- Work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment focused on scalable product delivery.
- Strong ownership and autonomy in defining systems, governance, and execution frameworks.
- Collaborative culture with close partnership across product, engineering, and GTM teams.
