  • Own the design and execution of omnichannel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and retail/paid channels.
  • Develop and optimize segmentation strategies using customer data to drive personalized engagement, reactivation, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Partner with martech and external platforms to enhance automation, campaign orchestration, and CRM technology capabilities.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and continuously optimize campaign performance and customer journeys.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistent execution of lifecycle initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role within online gaming or sportsbook environments.
  • Strong expertise in customer segmentation, lifecycle design, and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and omnichannel campaign execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with eligibility for performance-based bonus incentives
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Retirement savings plan (401k) with employer support
  • Paid time off, holidays, and additional flexible leave options
  • Parental leave and family support benefits
  • Hybrid of financial, wellness, and emotional wellbeing programs designed to support employees holistically
  • Career development opportunities within a fast-growing digital entertainment organization
  • Access to modern tools, platforms, and data-driven marketing technologies.
