WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in dental office management and/or dental administration
- Well versed in Tracker dental management software
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
- Strong and resilient leadership - capable of managing approximately 15 administrators in a large dental practice
- Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
- Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
- Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
SCHEDULE:
- 40 hours per week
