Senior Growth Marketing Manager

We are currently looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. This is a highly commercial, individual contributor role focused on identifying growth opportunities, rapidly testing concepts, and developing them into scalable initiatives. You’ll take ownership of new growth ideas from initial concept through to live testing and early-stage optimisation, before transitioning successful initiatives to the relevant teams for scaling. Working at the intersection of brand, data, experimentation and AI, you’ll combine strong analytical thinking with practical execution to turn insights into measurable business impact.

Please note this is a fixed-term (maternity cover) role for up to 18 months.

What you will do
  • Identify, prioritise and model new growth opportunities across audiences, propositions, channels and customer journeys, including clear forecasts, assumptions and risks.
  • Rapidly test and soft-launch new initiatives or channels, nurturing them until they are proven and ready to transition to the relevant teams for scaling.
  • Own high-impact projects end-to-end, using data and a full-funnel, customer-focused approach to uncover insights and drive growth.
  • Move projects forward through ambiguity, maintaining pace from concept to launch and handover while capturing learnings to inform future activity.
  • Leverage AI, GPT tools and automation to improve speed, quality and decision-making, while building or refining workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Continuously identify inefficiencies and opportunities, helping to improve ways of working and elevate how AI is used in day-to-day growth activities.
What you should bring
  • Strong experience in growth, digital or performance marketing within a fast-paced ecommerce or consumer business.
  • A proven track record of hands-on delivery, with the ability to build and launch initiatives from scratch rather than only oversee them.
  • Excellent analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to model opportunities and assess their potential impact.
  • A naturally curious, self-starting mindset, with a willingness to explore, problem-solve and operate without a predefined playbook.
  • Practical experience using AI tools, GPTs or automation to enhance output, efficiency or insight.
  • The ability to work independently, collaborate across teams and drive progress without reliance on hierarchy.
  • A strong belief in linking brand activity to measurable business outcomes, and the ability to help demonstrate that impact.
