About the Role
Happy To Help Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our caregiving team serving Blackfoot, Firth, Moreland, and surrounding communities.
As a caregiver, you'll play a vital role in helping seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This position offers meaningful one-on-one interaction and the opportunity to make a real difference in someone's daily life.

What You'll DoDepending on the client's needs and individualized care plan, responsibilities may include:
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Preparing meals and snacks based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Performing light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, changing linens, and maintaining a clean environment
• Providing medication reminders according to the care plan (no handling or administering medications)
• Assisting with mobility, walking, transfers, and repositioning
• Providing transportation for appointments, errands, grocery shopping, and approved outings
• Providing respite care support for family caregivers
• Following individualized care plans and documenting services provided
• Reporting concerns or changes in client needs to the office team
• Supporting each client's independence, routines, preferences, and overall well-being

QualificationsWe're seeking caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility support
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred:
• Previous caregiving, home care, healthcare, assisted living, or customer service experience
• CNA certification is a plus but not required
No prior caregiving experience is necessary. We value character, compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
