About the Role

Outpace is hiring a Growth Lead / Demand Generation Lead to build the pipeline creation engine across Business Systems and Advisory.

This is a foundational marketing hire responsible for moving the company from founder-led demand into a repeatable campaign, channel, and conversion engine that can support aggressive SDR and AE hiring.

In this role, you will own demand generation strategy, campaign execution, funnel performance, and pipeline reporting across core branches such as ERP, CRM/Salesforce, Notion, PMO/Advisory, and future service lines.

What You’ll Do
  • Own demand generation strategy across Business Systems and Advisory.
  • Build campaign plans by vertical and branch, including ERP, CRM/Salesforce, Notion, PMO/Advisory, and future branches as they mature.
  • Define ICPs, buyer personas, target account segments, pain points, and conversion paths with Product / Vertical Marketing and Sales.
  • Create monthly and quarterly campaign calendars tied to pipeline targets, SDR capacity, AE capacity, and launch priorities.
  • Own inbound and assisted pipeline programs, including paid campaigns, email, webinars, events, partner campaigns, content campaigns, website conversion, and nurture.
  • Partner with RevOps on attribution, routing, lead scoring, source tracking, funnel conversion, and pipeline reporting.
  • Partner with SDR leadership so marketing campaigns translate into clean outbound plays, account lists, messaging, and meetings.
  • Manage campaign budget, test plans, channel experiments, performance reviews, and ROI discipline.
  • Build repeatable growth playbooks before adding more headcount or external agency spend.
What We’re Looking For
  • B2B demand generation experience in SaaS, services, consulting, ERP/CRM, IT services, or complex B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline metrics, including MQL, SQL, SQO, CAC, conversion rates, win rates, source attribution, and pipeline coverage.
  • Experience working closely with SDR and AE teams.
  • Comfort operating hands-on across strategy, campaign briefs, reporting, landing pages, webinar execution, and testing.
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to prioritize campaigns that create revenue, not vanity activity.
  • Clear communication and confidence working with executives, sales leaders, RevOps, and branch leaders.
Nice to Have
  • Experience marketing ERP, CRM, Salesforce, Odoo, Notion, PMO/advisory, or digital transformation services.
  • Experience building demand generation from early-stage or messy environments where systems are not yet perfect.
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate research, campaign creation, personalization, reporting, and content production.
What Success Looks Like
  • Qualified pipeline is created by branch and vertical.
  • Campaign-sourced and campaign-influenced opportunities increase.
  • SDR-accepted leads and meetings are created from campaign activity.
  • Conversion rates improve from visitor/contact to meeting, meeting to opportunity, and opportunity to won revenue.
  • Pipeline coverage improves against AE and branch targets.
  • RevOps and leadership have a clean weekly campaign performance review rhythm.
First 90 Days

In your first 90 days, you will:

  • Audit current pipeline sources, CRM hygiene, messaging, website conversion, and campaign assets.
  • Define campaign priorities for ERP, CRM/Salesforce, Notion, and PMO/Advisory.
  • Launch the first 3-5 focused campaigns tied to SDR and AE capacity.
  • Create weekly growth reporting with RevOps.
  • Build the initial campaign operating cadence across planning, launch, measurement, and iteration.
