This role sits at the intersection of compliance operations, client engagement, and data-driven investigation within the software licensing and intellectual property protection space. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end engagement campaigns focused on license compliance and anti-piracy initiatives. The position requires strong analytical skills, persuasive communication, and the ability to handle sensitive compliance discussions with professionalism and precision. You will work closely with global teams to identify unauthorized software usage, analyze data insights, and support revenue recovery efforts. In addition to outreach and engagement, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, optimizing workflows, and supporting compliance reporting processes. • Manage end-to-end license compliance and anti-piracy engagement campaigns, coordinating with clients and end-users to resolve software usage discrepancies.
• Analyze compliance data, telemetry reports, and infringement patterns to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Conduct lead generation and investigative research using OSINT techniques and advanced online search methods to identify unauthorized usage.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of engagement activities, findings, and outcomes within CRM systems.
• Support revenue recovery initiatives through structured communication, negotiation, and professional engagement with stakeholders.
• Optimize compliance workflows by organizing documentation and improving process consistency across campaigns.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to evolving operational needs in a fast-paced compliance environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve reporting quality, engagement strategies, and operational efficiency.

• Prior experience in License Compliance (LC) or Anti-Piracy (AP) is highly preferred and considered a strong advantage.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Sales, Legal services, compliance, or related fields for candidates without direct LC/AP experience.
• Must currently be based in the Delhi NCR region (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, or surrounding areas).
• Native or professional business fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to communicate complex compliance and legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets and experience working with CRM tools.
• Strong internet research and investigative skills, including use of advanced search operators and OSINT techniques.
• Ability to handle objections, manage sensitive conversations, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Background in sales or legal environments is considered an advantage.
