The Role
The Sales Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey. This role is responsible for generating and converting leads, delivering exceptional customer experience, and consistently meeting sales targets. The Sales Consultant works closely with the General Sales Manager, Finance & Insurance team, and Operations to ensure smooth unit reservations, financing applications, and vehicle releases—while upholding the brand standards of Hyundai and the values of AutoGlobal Group.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively generate leads through digital platforms, referrals, walk-in traffic, and outreach activities to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct product presentations and test drives that showcase vehicle features, specifications, and value propositions aligned with customer needs.
- Guide customers through the full sales process—from initial inquiry and quotation to financing application, reservation, and unit release.
- Coordinate with the Finance & Insurance team to facilitate bank applications and financing approvals in a timely manner.
- Meet and sustain monthly and quarterly unit release targets in line with the Sales Commitment Plan and Performance Standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, lead status, and activity logs in the prescribed sales tracking system or CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to support pipeline conversion, repeat business, and referrals.
- Participate in sales scorecard activities including lead generation, test drives, bank applications, reservations, and unit releases.
- Comply with performance coaching sessions and improvement plans as directed by management when targets are not met.
- Uphold brand standards, dealership policies, and customer service protocols at all times.
What We Expect From You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing sales role; fresh graduates with strong drive and communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
- Knowledge of vehicle financing processes, bank applications, and dealer operations is an advantage.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working on weekends, holidays, and during peak selling periods such as motor shows and special events.
- Familiarity with digital lead generation platforms (Facebook, Viber, email campaigns) is a plus.
- Must be willing to be assigned at the Hyundai Cebu Talisay branch.
