Boater's World Marine Centers is looking for energized, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Lake Placid, FL.

What You'll DoCustomer Experience- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through delivery day
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their boating goals and lifestyle needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the buying process
- Maintain a professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Work closely with Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance teams to create a seamless ownership experience
- Engage with walk-in, phone, internet, and referral customers
- Conduct boat demonstrations, walkarounds, and sea trials
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Utilize CRM tools to track activity and customer communication
- Assist customers in selecting the right boat, motor, trailer, and accessories
- Participate in dealership events, promotions, and community outreach efforts
- Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding sales goals
- High-energy, motivated, and driven individuals
- Previous sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, automotive, RV, powersports, or marine experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where activity drives results
- Professional, coachable, and eager to learn
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and dealership software
- Available to work Saturdays
