Multi-Store Retail Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Multi-Store Retail Manager to oversee operations, sales performance, and customer experience across multiple furniture store locations. This individual will be responsible for leading store teams, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth while maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop store managers and sales teams to achieve sales growth.
• Ensure consistent delivery of outstanding customer experiences.
• Oversee store operations including merchandising, staffing, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Monitor performance and implement strategies to influence the team to improve.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Continue to build on our culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Travel regularly between store locations to provide hands-on support and guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, dealing with commission sales associates, with at least 2 years in a multi-store leadership role (furniture or home goods industry a plus).
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
