  • Develop, maintain, and enhance standardized and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that provide visibility into productivity, portfolio quality, operational effectiveness, and risk trends.
  • Monitor application, contract, auto-approval, and dealer activity to identify anomalies, emerging risks, compliance concerns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Analyze dealer, zone, and portfolio performance, including fraud indicators, first-year charge-offs, approval quality, and operational performance, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

  • Collaborate with Credit, Funding, Collections, Risk, Compliance, Sales, Remarketing, Originations, Account Services, Process Management, and other internal teams to support reporting, investigations, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements.

  • Lead or support business requirements documentation, user acceptance testing, and system enhancement initiatives that improve operational capabilities and reporting efficiency.
  • Maintain data integrity through quality assurance reviews, governance standards, validation processes, and adherence to internal controls, including SOX requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and process improvements that reduce manual work and improve scalability.
  • Document reporting methodologies, business processes, data sources, and operational workflows to promote consistency, transparency, and knowledge transfer.
  • Support departmental KPIs and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, third-party vendors, suppliers, partners, consultants, and industry contacts.
  • Contribute to information sharing and relationship development across relevant industry and business networks.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify meaningful trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate analytical findings into practical business recommendations and communicate insights effectively to management and stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of reporting, dashboarding, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create professional presentations, reports, business requirements, and procedural documentation.
  • Experience developing and improving operational processes, controls, and documentation within a regulated financial services environment is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.
