Paid Advertising Specialist, Lead Generation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Advertising Specialist, Lead Generation based in United States.

This role focuses on executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns designed to generate measurable growth and qualified leads. You will manage campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels while partnering closely with strategists and client teams. The position combines hands-on campaign management with data analysis, testing, reporting, and strategic problem-solving. You will be trusted to manage budgets, pacing, timelines, and performance with a high degree of ownership and attention to detail. The role offers exposure to diverse clients and opportunities to use AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and decision-making. It is well suited to a proactive marketer who enjoys learning, solving problems, and turning performance data into actionable recommendations.

Accountabilities:
  • Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Maintain accurate campaign setup, tracking, naming conventions, quality assurance, and platform hygiene while minimizing performance-impacting errors.
  • Independently manage campaign timelines, budgets, pacing, day-to-day performance, and key deliverables.
  • Build, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising programs from execution through reporting and ongoing performance improvement.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, develop testing hypotheses, and recommend data-backed optimizations aligned with client objectives.
  • Incorporate client goals, business constraints, brand considerations, and performance requirements into campaign and strategic decisions.
  • Monitor budget pacing closely and proactively identify potential risks, performance issues, or optimization opportunities.
  • Manage client testing roadmaps, prioritize experiments, and coordinate the execution of agreed next steps.
  • Deliver campaign launches, updates, reports, and other client deliverables accurately and on schedule.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and recaps using clear data storytelling to communicate results, insights, and recommended next actions.
  • Use AI-enabled technologies and digital marketing tools to improve campaign analysis, operational efficiency, research, and workflow automation.
  • Apply proprietary diagnostic, performance, and creative tools to support campaign strategy, execution, and reporting.
  • Contribute new ideas, processes, frameworks, and efficiencies that improve team operations and client outcomes.
  • Maintain a full workload and contribute to client retention and broader portfolio performance objectives.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of digital marketing experience, with agency experience considered a plus.
  • At least 1 year of direct-response marketing experience, particularly within e-commerce; lead generation and B2B experience are advantageous.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Meta or Google Ads for direct-response campaigns, with additional platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or similar considered a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience contributing to or leading paid advertising strategy for direct-response marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Shopify, with familiarity with additional marketing and technical platforms beneficial.
  • At least 1 year of client-facing experience, including professional communication and stakeholder interaction.
  • Strong Excel capabilities, including a clear understanding of advanced spreadsheet functions and analysis.
  • Strong data analytics skills and the ability to translate campaign performance data into actionable insights.
  • Highly dependable, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with limited supervision.
  • Strong time-management skills and a consistent focus on accuracy and high-quality execution.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in problem-solving, continuous learning, experimentation, and professional development.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with strategists, specialists, and clients.
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Comfort using AI tools and emerging technologies to support research, analysis, optimization, and operational workflows.
