• Perform camera inspections of drains and main sewer lines
• Follow Cranney's step-by-step Nexstar training and sales process
• Identify customer needs and provide professional repair and replacement options
• Build accurate estimates and clearly explain available solutions to customers
• Provide a professional, consultative sales experience from start to finish
• Follow up with customers within 24 hours of completing the job to ensure they are satisfied with the work and address any concerns

Success in this role is based on both sales performance and customer satisfaction, including:

• 50% Conversion Goal
• Accurate and consistent job costing and estimate building
• 20% Gross Margin Goal
• Consistently delivering 5-star customer service
• Strong customer communication and follow-up
• Consistent adherence to Cranney's sales and service processes

• Plumbing experience and knowledge required
• Plumbing license preferred
